Temporary-to-Hire Staffing
With Quality TemPerm’s Temporary-to-Hire placement option, we’ve taken the risk, hassle and commitment out of hiring new employees

Our experienced staff will supply you with the ideal candidates for your openings. You “try before you buy” by taking on the candidate under the same parameters as a temporary placement. We handle all the payroll, FICA, workman’s compensation and unemployment costs and you receive one weekly invoice. When the candidate has demonstrated their suitability for direct-hire placement, you may hire him/her onto your payroll. No fee or conversion charge would be due if the person has accumulated 520 hours or more on our payroll.

If for any reason the candidate proves unsuitable for hire, we will only bill you for the actual hours he/she worked. No contracts or commitments on your part.
